Kiro is a product of Infonza Innovations (www.infonza.com). Kiro is a daily self-awareness tool. It asks you one question per day across areas of life — money, health, wellness, productivity, and relationships — and uses AI to generate a personalised reflection based on your answer.
Kiro is not a professional advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, medical, psychological, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Kiro account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use Kiro.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Kiro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, notify us immediately at business@infonza.com.
You agree not to use Kiro to harm others, break any laws, or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You agree not to attempt to access, reverse engineer, or interfere with any part of the Kiro service or its underlying systems.
Kiro's daily insights are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude model) based on your answers. They are intended for reflection and personal awareness only — not as recommendations, diagnoses, or professional advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Do not make important financial, medical, or personal decisions based solely on AI-generated insights.
Your daily answers and logs belong to you. By using Kiro, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your answers solely for the purpose of operating the service — generating insights, calculating your streak, and displaying your history. We do not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Core features of Kiro are currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we will give you clear advance notice in-app before any currently free feature becomes paid. We will never charge you without explicit consent.
We aim to keep Kiro running reliably, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance, push updates, or make changes to the service. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or service interruptions.
Kiro and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Infonza Innovations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Kiro service without express written permission from Infonza Innovations.
Kiro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated content.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app of any material changes before they take effect. Continued use of Kiro after notification means you accept the updated terms.
